The lonely queen (Fukuro)

Akuma and Shi take a bit out of the pieces. "It's good" "Yes it is quiet good."

aqua smiles and eats everything off the plate "that was so good!" she yawns again and lays down. she looks at akuma "will you help me go to sleep."

"Of course." Akuma began to stroke Aqua's hair like he did last time.

aqua yawns and falls into a deep sleep.

"Why did it have to be you." Shi says before walking out. He closes the door quietly. Akuma was confused by what he meant by that.

aqua smiles and cuddles up close around akuma.

Akuma decides to lie down with Aqua and fall asleep.

aqua wakes up in the middle of the night. She was thirsty she gets up making sure she didn't wake up akuma. she opens the door and leaves it cracked.

Shi stood outside the door, something was different about him. "Queen, what are you doing up?"

aqua jumps slightly "oh shi you scared me." she giggles lightly. "am thirsty so am getting some water.. what are doing here shi? can you not sleep or something?" she smiles lightly.

"I'm fine. You told me to guard you, and so I shall." Shi responded back quickly.

aqua smiles "ok thank you shi.." she begins to walk toward the kitchen

Shi follows Aqua to the kitchen.

aqua gets down a glass and gets some water. she takes a drink and smiles at shi. "thank you so much for being here.." she hugs him lightly.

"It's no problem Queen." A smile soon graces Shi's face, but it fades just as quickly as it appeared, as if he were trying to hide his smile.

aqua smiles and drinks the rest of her water. "all done.." she looks at shi "would you like to walk back to the room? but only if your ready." she giggles lightly and waits for an answer.

Shi looks at a clock before answering. "Yes, lets head back."

aqua smiles "ok!" she holds onto his arm and begins to walk.

It isn't long before the two get back to the room. Two soldiers lie on the ground in front of the doorway, bleeding out, the door was broken off it's hinges. From inside the room Akuma is no where to be seen and broken glass litters the ground under the window.

aqua blinks in shock. "oh no akuma!" she falls to the floor crying. "shi they took him.. we have to find him! hes to weak to fight!"

"We can't not at this time of night, it would be too dark too see. They must have taken him back to the demon realm, we can head there tomorrow morning." Shi seemed to know more than he let on, and it showed on his expression.

aqua looks at him with tear filled eyes. "do you know why they took him shi.." she holds onto him and crys into his shirt.

"Yes." Shi hold Aqua close. "According to demon law, any traitor of the demon realm will be put to death in 24 of this planets hours. "

aqua looks at him "but he already went through that tho didn't he.." she cries more "this isn't fair!"

"The fact of the matter is that as long as Akuma is alive they won't stop coming after him until he dies, be happy they didn't take you as well. They already know that your getting married to him. That mean's they'll start coming after you now too."[/color] Shi doesn't even have a sad look on his face, he doesn't shed even a single tear when he was talking about Akuma. but when he started talking about Aqua tears began to fall from him.
