Blackjack and party time..(open)

Makoto sighed. "Alright... I get ya..." Makoto said walking to the office door.

saurkas father sighs and sits down.
saurka smiles at makoto and hugs her "are you ok?! he didn't hurt you right?"

Makoto's ears were down and her tail was on the ground. Makoto had a sad look on her face. "Yeah... I'm fine..."

saurka blinks and looks at her "no somethings wrong! what is it please talk to me makoto.." she grabs her hand and takes her to the room.

"I can't tell you Saurka..." Makoto said with her mood not changing.

saurka blinks and looks at the ground alittle hurt. "oh ok..." she lays down and sighs. she yawns and rubs her eyes "so what do you want to do now?"

"I'm sorry but... I think I should just go home..." Makoto was clearly trying to hold back tears.

saurka looks at her and hugs her "makoto please don't leave...." she looks at the ground "did i do something wrong?"

"It's not you at all... It's just..." Makoto got tears in her eyes and ran out of Saurka's room and soon the house. Makoto ran in the direction she thought he home was in.
When Makoto had rocks thrown at her she knew that she went the wrong way. "Kill the Beastkin!" One of the people throwing the rocks shouted. They kept throwing stuff at Makoto, she backed into an alley which seemed to play into their hands. They held out knives, pipes, whatever they had on them or could find that they knew would really hurt Makoto. Makoto was too scarred to do anything. Makoto cried as she was beaten and stabbed.

saurka runs up with her father "makoto!" she runs to her infront of everyone. "stop it stop it! she hasn't done anything wrong!" she cried as she held makoto.

"She's a Beastkin! She's the reason this state had that horrible decline! Did you forget that!" One of the people said. One of them threw a rock, aimed at Makoto, that ended up almost hitting Saurka.  Makoto  was bleeding badly from her nose and she had a couple of stab wounds in her abdomen not to mention a she took quite a beating with the pipe.

saurkas fathers glow red and grabs the man who threw the rock and slams him against the wall. "don't you ever throw something at my daughter!" he snaps his fingers and a whole gang of men come out of no where. "now if anyone else whats to say something about the decline or try to hurt the girl i'll kill you!" he smiles evily.
saurka blinks "decline..." she hadn't heard anything like that before. she looks at makoto with tears in her eyes. she pulls on one of the big guys shirt "please help me get her to the hospital please.."

"As if I would help some shit Beastkin." The man said clearly having no care for Beastkin at all. Makoto reached out her hand to Saurka but her hand fell to the ground and her eyes were going dim.

saurka blinks and looks at makoto and cries loudly. "daddy!!"
her father runs to her and picks up makoto and kicks the man in the head. "don't talk to my daughter like that!" he runs to the hospital and yells for help.
saurka was left behind but kept running to get to the hospital.

Makoto couldn't feel anything anymore, he whole body went numb, all of the pain had disappeared. Makoto lost her sight, everything was pitch black.
'So this is the end... and all because I decided to open my big mouth about loving Saurka... I can't believe that I won't be able to see her smile anymore...' Makoto thought.

saurka keeps running to the hospital "please don't die makoto.. please be ok.."
saurkas father gets someone to help him with makoto.

When Makoto was brought to the hospital she was taken to the ER right away.
'I guess I lived a good life... I just wish my ending was different.' Makoto imagined herself dying from old age or something, but with Saurka by her said as her married partner. 'Yeah... an ending like that... That's what I want... a sweet ending... With Saurka by my side..'

Makoto woke up a week later in a hospital room. Makoto sat up and didn't see anyone in the room. Makoto looked down at her hands. She finally knew what she wanted to do in her life... but the one she loved wasn't even there to see her wake up. Makoto got tears in her eyes, she felt really hurt.

saurka walks in and sees makoto was awake. she smiles happily and tackle hugs her "your ok!" she giggles and looks at her. she blinks "hey why are you crying makoto?"

"Saurka!!" Makoto hugged Saurka tightly. "I.. I thought that you would have left me!" Makoto cried into Saurka's shoulder.

saurka blinks and looks at her "i've been here everyday for a week! i went home to shower so i wouldn't be smelly.." she giggles lightly "am sorry i wasn't here when you woke up.."

Makoto kissed Saurka lovingly and deeply. " Saurka.. I love you."

saurka blushes deeply and looks at makoto "what? really you do?"

"I do Saurka. I love you!" Makoto kissed Saurka deeply and lovingly again.

saurka blushes lightly and smiles at makoto. she nuzzles her lightly and giggles.

Makoto smiled and hugged Saurka tightly.
