alice jumps onto the bed and curls up. yuki does the same.

Alisha placed the book down as Boris entered the room, to inform her of the guests. She had no problem if the girls decided to spend the night in her house before continuing with their quest.

alice and yuki are out in ten minutes they were tired.

The Duchess places the book back on the shelf before walking towards her bed leaving Leo sleeping on the coach. Boris would have most likely gone to his own room and if he didn't wake up his brother, then it was pointless for her to tell the cat to move.

alice wakes up in the middle of the night screaming.
yuki was asleep.

Alisha heard a faint sound of screaming her eye flew open and she looked at the dark room. Leo had jumped off the coach too, "so you heard it too, i though it was a dream. since when did we have guest?"

Alisha quickly grabbed her robe and walked to the door, "boris invited alice and yuki to spend the night here." She said as she opened the door and the two walked down the hallway quickly towards the guest rooms.

alice sit in her bed shivering and crying. she had a nightmare.

The duchess pushed open the double doors that belong o the room that the girls were in, "What append?" She demeaned while scanning the room for intruders.

alice points to the wall there was a spider on it but that wasnt why she scared. she whispers "nightmare."

Alisha picked the spider of the wall, she wasn't a fan of them, but she couldn't kill them. She walked to the balcony and left the spider there, "what of?" She asked as she sat in one of the arm chairs in the room. Leo stood behind her rubbing his eyes.

alice looks at them "there were shadows all around. they tried to hurt everyone!"

Leo was about to open his mouth but the duchess bet him to it, "They are the things hiding in the forest." She looked at the girl, "You only saw them in your dream right?" She asked knowing they can wander to the city/town areas at times.

alice nods "yeah.." she tilts her head "what does it mean?"

"They have been known to wonder in at times." She looked at Leo wondering how much she should tell the girl, "One of the reason we don't have a lot of outsiders is because it attracts them. Even us who live in both world now. to live in both we had to learn to fight them. i just didn't think they would discover that an outsider has appeared." she looked at the girls hoping she didn't frighten them.

alice looks at her "will they hurt people? why do outsiders attract them?"

"Before the first Alice, we never had outsiders. they came in slowly after the first one and as more and more people started to travel between the two worlds, more of them appeared." She explained answering the second question.

"My guess is it has something to do with the travelling from the two worlds." She looked at Alice, "you should go to sleep now." She suggested as she walked towards the double doors with Leo behind her.

alice smiles "ok good night.." she curls up and begins to fall asleep again.

She nods and smiles as she closes the door behind her. "Leo go tell Boris what happened. They are most likely in the house." She said meaning it was time to go shadow hunting. The cat nodded as he rushed down the hallway to find his brother.

yuki wakes up and looks around. she covers up alice and falls to sleep again in her bed.

The Duchess climbed to the roof and sat up there, the two cats could have to patrol the house encase one of the shadow things appeared.

alice wakes up and looks around. "hhmm." she debates on if she should get up.

The cats walked down the dark hallways, listening careful to see if they could hear any of the shadows moving, they didn't always attack.

alice gets up and opens the door. she was thristy and was going to find the bathroom. she turns around after closing the door. she begins to walk down the dark hallway.
