Personality: Tobari is a very loyal person, following only the orders of his superior. He does what he thinks is best for those he teaches. He is strongly against killing; this proves to be a strong drawback due to him being a ninja.

History: Tobari was born while his family was still teaching ninja maneuvers, however because of a war and the near loss of his father, Tobari recommend that his parents stop teaching for now, saying that it would only get them killed later on. When Miharu was born years after Tobari, Tobari decided it was his time to leave. So Tobari left his family and trained to become a ninja, he has sense become a ‘normal’ teacher at the high school that Miharu attends. Tobari is even Miharu’s teacher.
