A man in an all black suit with a sliver colored tie tapped Shin on the shoulder. He had a black fedora and white hair that went to his shoulders.

"Shin, correct?" The man asked. He didn't seem any older than early 30s.

The man grabbed Shin by the neck tightly. "You better not hurt Zora. That little girl means more than the world to me." The man said seriously with fire in his eyes. He clearly cared a lot about Zora.

Shin blinks and looks at him slightly shocked. His eyes narrow at him "I'd.. I'd never hurt zora I love her.." He grits his teeth slightly seeing this guy and finding out he cares for zora.

The man let go of Shin and took off his fedora. His eyes looked almost identical to Zora's. "Good." The man smiled warmly and patted Shin on the almost like he was a kid.

Shin blinks and looks at the man. "who are you?" He blushes lightly as he pats his head.

"Zora's father." He smiled warmly. "Masaru's the name." He put his fedora back on. He looked way to young to be Zora's father.

Shin scratches his head and bites his lip. "uh it's nice to meet you masaru.. So you uh zoras for real dad?" He blushes and looks at the ground.

Masaru tipped up Shin's head so they were seeing eye to eye. "Why you blushing? You got it more for me than my flesh and blood daughter?" Masaru was asking if Shin liked him more than Zora.

Shin blinks and blushes deeply as he's accused of liking him more than zora. "what? No way! I just don't do good speaking my mind.. I got embarrassed because you look way to young to be zoras father.." He looks away holding his arm.

Masaru laughed and patted Shin on the back. "Hope you'd say that. But the reason I look as young as I do is the same reason people think there's a dead snake in their yard. I shed my skin. But unlike snakes I don't shed it all at once"

"Yes. Every hundred years to be exact." The man said. "I shed my skin just the other week."

Shin looks at him and laughs slightly. He bites his lip slightly and blinks when his food his ready. He smiles and picks up the bag and pays for it.

Masaru looked at Shin. He patted Shins back. "Take good care of her."

Shin looks at him and nods "I will.. Why don't you come say hi to her?" He smiles lightly as he invites him over.

Masaru hesitated answering. He hasn't seen Zora sense years before he shed his skin. "Okay."

Shin smiles "awesome.." He chuckles and leads the way back to zoras house. He walks in "I'm home zora. I got food.."

There was a loud clang from the basement before Zora walked back up. "awesome." She smiled and saw Masaru. "Um.. who's that..?" Zora asked.

Shin blinks and looks at zora then at masaru "you.. You don't remember him?" He wasn't sure what do to.

Zora shook her head. "He looks familiar..."
"This is why I hesitated to answer. I doubted she would remember a man who shed his skin." Masaru said.
