"To screw things up obviously! I was going to jump in here take White again piss you off. But now that I look at her, you are doing the job for me. You're killing her. Matter of fact she is basically already dead not being able to barely move and such. It's just a matter of time." Wes smirked. "Oh I am going to have fun with this."

Zero growls "leave she is my prey!" He glares at him.

Wes snorted. "Prey really? Really Dark Angel." Then Wes got a new look in his eye and smiled. "oh so it's a new technique you are working on to kill angels? I'm impressed. Making them have hope in you, then when it's crushed they fade and die a slow painful death and you enjoy watching the whole thing. I thought wrong about you. You really are an amazing guy!"

Zero glares at him "now leave! Your annoying me!"

"No you just want someone to leave or shut-up when you know they are right about you." Wes grinned evilly.

Zero glares at him "what are you yapping about you freakin flea?"

Wes smirked. "Here let me put it in simple terms. I know you are getting feelings for the girl even if it's just tiny feelings. And also she is dying because of you and this time there is no her coming back." With that he disapeared. Leaving Zero alone.

Zero growls "stupid.." He looks at her and sighs.

White starts to wake up hearing him talk. "Huh," she mumbled not even opening her eyes.

Zero blinks and looks at her.

"Were you talking to me?" She struggled to open her eyes. She tried to smile but couldn't. "Sorry I..I must have fallen asleep."

Zero looks at her "is fine.." He pats her head.

She leans her head into the pat and then slides back down and leans on him. "I'm scared." She whispered.

Zerolooks at her "why?"

"I've been alive for a long long time. And I've always wanted to die to be nothingness to finally not exist anymore. And now that it's happening and I have no control of saving myself I'm scared." She whimpered.

Zero looks at her "you do have a way of saving yourself you just need to believe.." He looks away.

"But the thing I believe in is gone... So there is really nothing to believe in..." She whimpered and curled up beside him and leaned away from him and rested her head in the grass.

Zero looks at her "what's gone maybe we can find it did you drop it?"

"It's not an object. It's a person. And there is no finding him. He has to find himself." White sighed. "Can you...I don't know how much time I have left but....could you leave till it's over please.."

(OMG THE SAD EMOTION)

Zero looks at her and shakes his head "no were a team.." He hugs her lightly.

White's angel aura came back a little bit but slowly started to fade once more. That's what the old Zero use to say. But in a way it was all a little too late...he didn't remember a thing and was still angry at something she didn't know.

Zero looks away "why do you care so much you know it's going to take a long time for me to come back?"

"I know...maybe you will never come back but why I care so much... because you were once my best friend and I love you Zero. It hurts me seeing you like this. It's not...alright." White mumbled trying to stay awake.

Zero looks at her "I can't help the way I act my soul is locked away in the cross.." He looks at the ground and sighs.

"Then why won't you unlock it Zero," she whimpered. "Have you ever even tried."
