Hunting the shadows and dreaming to go to the real world

"Since when, The Cheshire cat has not told me that one of the three were chosen, nor has the duchess?" Natsu answered shocked, she had not heard anything from the other role holders about someone taking the spot.

Alice blinks "well yeah he's had the role for a while.." She blinks and claps her hands "oh and the role of the white rabbit has been filled it happened just early I forgot about it until now.."

"Shit!" Natsu said a bit too loud surprised at what she had just heard, "why have a not seen a little white rabbit jumping up and down with joy because she is following her dream about being like mother. Leo and Boris must be so proud that their adopted sister got the role... Wait I'll beat them for not telling me about it." She spun around happily, "do you know where she is? I want to congratulate her? wait i'm sorry I've asked you too many questions." She laughed happily.

Alice blinks "uh well she wasn't the one who got it.. Some guy wanted in and demanded the queen give him the role.. I heard he had a gun.. So the queen gave it to him I think his name is soul.." She felt bad and looked at the ground.

"What the.. what did the other role holders say about? Just because she is the Queen of Hearts doesn't mean she can make those important decisions on her own. I know your friends with , when you see her next tell she has a death wish." She crossed her arms annoyed.

Alice looks at her "the role people were made to agree with the queen this guy was really mean.. I heard the queens protector was wounded you know the half demon arrow.."

"That's lie, dodo, Cheshire car and the Duchess would risk here lives to say no. They did that bringing me back. If they asked the royalty such as the Queen of the Sea she would say no, because she is closer to the duchess then the queen of Hearts. If they did know when Leo was here he would be in a cloud of darkness not in the happy mood he was in." She crossed her arms annoyed, "i hope she got wounded for her deeds too, that would bring my mood up a bit." She looked up at the sky the sky to calm down a bit.

Alice looks at the ground "I heard the queen was really scared.. I feel kinda bad for her I don't think she wants to be bad.. Maybe she tries to do things she thinks are right but they seem bad.. I heard she was talking about giving Lillian the role until that soul guy came in.. I think she said no and that's why he brought out a gun but am not sure.." She looks at the ground she didn't like talking about the queen because it was a walking on glass kinda conservation.

"Where is that low life. I'll go give her a piece of my mind. She fears a gun. A death from a gun is nothing compared to the years of suffering from the shadows! She murders people with out a care in the world and when they gun turns on her she can't even hold her crown. I am thankful for being brought back, but I personally think Leo and Boris could have handled the task well with out me now that I know what a wuss she is." She looked around looking for the home of the queen, picking a fight with wouldn't solve much, it would cause more problems but she didn't care about that.

Alice looks at her "you shouldn't be mean to her I know she's hurt you but don't you think everyone hating her hurts her enough she never leaves her castle because she knows everyone hates her and wishes she would die!" She looks at the ground "I just hate seeing everyone mad and it seems the only way to make them happy is to kill someone.. But that person isn't happy either it's to much! I can't make everyone happy!" She runs off.

Natsu realized she said too much. She watched as Alice ran off leaving the forgot Pierce and herself alone there. If she ran off after her, what would she say to her. 'i'm sorry but I was reborn to over throw her and take revenge on all she miss treated, since that is why a group of people decided to risk there lives in attempt to bring a person back?' She shacked her head.

Pierce looks at the ground "I don't think she's mad at you I just think she's upset at herself because she wants to make everyone happy.. You shouldn't feel bad ok.."

"I know you are one not to rat out information and secrets, but how can i tell her that I am to kill her friend or make the Queen of Hearts suffer in pain. i can't tell her that but that is my purpose." She looked at him and smiled slightly, "Maybe leaving her like this will make things less hard on her."

Pierce looks at her "well do you have to kill the queen? Maybe you could ask the queen Alice says she's nice.."

"I can't, I've agreed to take the role. It's a way i can say thank you to those who brought me back." She sat on the cold ground, "and they are all working so hard to help me, I can't say no all of a sudden." She leaned on the wall and closed her eyes.

Pierce looks at her maybe if your friends see that she's already in pain they will feel better and that would make Alice happy too it's a win win.."

"where I came from we had bad people too that killed for no valid reason, they were all punished death or life of imprisonment. That is the choices i have." She looked up and paused for a moment, "A quick death is better then in life of prison. i don't mean to sound cruel but to end the suffering sounds a lot nicer does it not?" She looked back at Pierce.

Pierce looks at the ground "but if the queen got scared of a gun she must not be all bad won't your friends listen at all?"

Pierce looks at the ground "maybe she thought it would be best but it was a bad choice.. People make Mistakes right.. You heard Alice the queen was going to give the kids their job.. Maybe the role maker people kept telling her no.. I think the queen should be aloud to make choices on who gets the roles . Role makers can make it difficulty to make choices the queen had to beg them to let me be dormouse.."

Lillian and Henry were taken in by the Cheshire cat. The Cheshire cat is loyal to the duchess, that is two role holders who fought to give her the role through blood right. Dodo also joined in later on, that's why he is in hiding. duchess in the the real world is practically a Queen. If the Queen picked everyone then what is the need for a role holder? All we would have are loyal dogs to the Queen. Opinion is very important in a government." Natsu said her eyes still closed. She didn't notice Clock leaning on the wall opposite them.

pierce blinks and looks at the ground "i don't know what to do.." he looks at clock and squeaks.

"Natsu you spoke too much. What if someone was to over hear and report you to the Queen. We can't risk loosing you and I don't want to loose you again." He said not moving from the wall to comfort Natsu, "Hello Pierce." He said turning his gaze towards the dormouse .

pierce looks at ground "hello clock.."

"Alice was upset, I didn't want to leave him in the dark about why I just left her." she explained, opening her eyes and looking at him.

"I would first ask you hoe are you, but since Natsu had opened her mouth to you, you do understand that these things she has spoken of do not leave your mouth. Understand?" He looked down at Pierce
