Sen looks at him and then to kazuki. She runs to him and jumps through the air and changes into her weapon form. "Master grab me!"

"A strange one you are huh girl!?" The man shouts grabbing her in mid air.

Sen blinks and turns back into her human form "let me go!"

"OH would you look at that she can turn from a weapon to a human. Cute you got yourself a nice little play thing even though I know you don't use weapons!" He stated lifting her harshly into the air. Kazuki screamed out with blood coming from the corners of his mouth to let her go but the man merely laughed as he threw her hard against the wall before walking towards Kazuki slowly.

Sen slams against the wall and groans "master.." She grabs his hand and tries to turn into her weapon form.

As she turns into her weapon form kazuki mouths a quiet apology to her as he feels his lungs are very damaged and throws her hard into the forest far away from the temple.

Sen drops to the ground and turns into her human form. "Master!!" She gets up and starts to run back to the temple with tears running down her face.

She hears massive explosions in the distance and then as she starts running up the stairs she hears a blood curdling scream she recognizes as Kazuki's

As she stops she sees the man from earlier walking down the steps looking content and happy covered in blood.

Kazuki is pinned up against the wall with some of the temple weapons pinning him to the back wall stabbed through his shoulders. He is breathing roughly but she notices a lot of blood coming from his right eye.

"Sen... he didn't hurt you right?" He smiles at her glad she is okay when he lifts his head and she sees his right eye is missing.

Sen freezes and tears roll down her face. "why..why would you throw me master?!" She hugs him tightly.

"Because he would have hurt you.... and I promised to protect you." He said weakly. She could see he was in pretty bad shape at the moment.

Sen cries into his shoulder "but I'm suppose to protect you too!" She kisses him lightly and starts to patch him up.

As she does he finally passes out from the pain and blood loss. The next day he is still asleep in bed.

Sen walks around the shrine depressed. She changes his wraps almost every hour.

Sen nods and quickly gets him a cup of water "here master.." She sets his head in her lap and holds the cup to his lips.

He drinks softly as he coughs a bit.

His throat is still so messed up his voice is hoarse. He looks at her finally and simply nods seeing as he cannot speak
