History: First in line to the elfin thrown, Rouge ran away looking for something different in life. Being future king wasn't a bad thin to him, but right now h wanted to find something more in life. He erased his past and identity taking up the name Rouge and labelling himself as an outlaw.
Rouge spent most of his nights on the street before creating a gang with others. The idea came from when he met a tipsy Allie who had been attaching herself to a few hand leaders. But his gang wasn't like most, where its all sex, drugs, gambling, alcohol and fights, he took the robin hood approach, but in a more darker and sinister way. He would torcher his victims or anyone who would stand in his way while he assisted with the less fortunate, it was a way for him to express a darker side of him that he was rarely able to share before.
