History: Lee grew up in a mid to upper class family, since as far back as he knows his family has always worked in the the business area. Growing up it was his dream to continue in his families foot steps, but he also had another dream, one he kept a sectert to everybody.
As you may guess from the previous information given out, Lee lives a double life, one as a business man, and the other as a gang member.
Lee is part of Rouges gang. Lee infact was Rouges first real friend and when he heard his friend wanted to create a robinhood like gang he was the first to join. CH is the second of command and chose the name as an abbreviation to the two words City Hunter, since he hunts his victims in the city.
