Personality: Dogma generally doesn’t care for others.  And given that he’s the Earl of Poor Eating, it’s quite clear that he does enjoy his food, mainly souls though of course. His apatite cannot be fulfilled if he doesn’t eat the soul of a true chef once every thousand years. And he’s more than okay to train someone to be a true chef, so long as he gets to eat their soul.
