The lonely queen (Fukuro)

Akuma 's blush returns even in the cool water. Akuma smiled. He hadn't been given a compliment like that before. "Your cute yourself." Akuma kisses her back.

aqua blushes lightly and smiles. she pulls him to the surface. she looks around "i feel a bad presence.."

"Yeah I feel it too." Akuma said getting out of the water onto the grassy ground. "I don't think it's those things from before, they have no sense of smell, they couldn't track us even if they tried." Akuma held out a hand to help bring Aqua out of the water.

Aqua grabs his hand and gets out of the water. "then what could it be?"

A knife gracefully goes past Akuma, just nicking the side of the neck, with demon healing it, sense it was a small wound, it healed quickly. A person began to walk out of the shadows, well more limp than really walk. Some sort of liquid could be seen coming out of the corners of persons mouth. After a bit of time the dark colored liquid would probably easily considered blood. But one look at the person showed a uniform, a soldier uniform. The person was soon fully out of the shadows and even with head hung down, it was easily one of the soldiers that had been attacked.
"Die.. Aqua.. Die.. Aqua.." The voice was the same as the one who warned Aqua and Akuma to the danger. Though his voice seemed to be doubled, as if a second person was saying the words not even a full second after his own.

aqua backs away her eyes are wide. "please stop i'm your queen! dont you remember?!" she shivers she was scared

The soldier hesitates walking forward for a moment when he heard Aqua's voice. There was still probably something of his soul left in there. Realizing this Akuma had an idea, though it wasn't a great one it was at least a good one. "One more step closer and the queen dies! Do you hear me! The slightly demon soldier stops walking entirely, he soon shakes his head. The slightly demon soldier begins to back away from Akuma and Aqua soon turning around and walking away back into the void of shadows.

"Sorry about that, it was the only thing I could think of at the moment.

aqua falls to the ground shivering "why did my solider try to kill me?" she grabs akuma and holds onto him

"I'm guessing you didn't see his eyes then. No one ever does. Even though they should. His eyes were black and a dark shade of crimson. Those are the colors of a full demons eyes. His left eye was only black and green, so he still had his soul left. Before he turned his entire left eye was normal again. He's going to have one hell of a spiritual fight later on." Akuma said lifting Aqua into his arms. He was sure that Aqua was tired. He grabbed Aqua's dress off of the ground as well.

"You should get some sleep. I'm sure your very tired. It's still early in the morning."

aqua hugs him tightly. she nuzzles him. she was very tired, she yawns and closes her eyes. "i love you..." she whispers.

"And I love you too." Akuma said letting Aqua drift to sleep as Akuma walked though the night.

It was morning soon, sunrise to be exact. Akuma put Aqua down onto the ground lying her on a soft patch of grass near another stream. By this point the castle and town had to be almost miles away, Akuma was getting a bit tired himself, but he still felt fine.

aqua yawns and sits up and rubs her eyes "are you ok? are you tired fukuro?" she nuzzles him softly.

"I'm fine. You should get some more sleep. I'll make breakfast out of what fruits and berries I can find around here." Akuma said smiling to her to show that he was fine.

aqua kisses him "you must be tired let me cook breakfast.." she smiles and nuzzles him.

Aqua was right, Akuma had a bit of a hard time keeping his eyes open. "Alright. You can make breakfast." Akuma said soon falling into slumber.

aqua smiles and gets up she walks around finding food to eat. she makes a fire and begins cooking.

Akuma dreamed of being in the lab again, another nightmare. He was watching an innocent person get infected by one of those things from before. That thing slashed it's claws at the person, the person's eyes began to change and the wound healed itself. Blood began to drip from the corner's of the persons mouth. The person looked like the soldier did when he was after Aqua.

Akuma wakes up sitting up in a cold sweat, shaking.

aqua looks at him "are you ok?" she walks over to him and sets his leaf of food down.

"Just... a bad dream, that's all." Akuma said looking at Aqua.

aqua smiles and hugs him. she hands him the leaf of food. it had eggs and berries on it. "i hope you like it.." she smiles wide.

Akuma took a bite of the food. "It's pretty good. You really can cook you know." Akuma said starting to eat more of the food.

aqua blushes and smiles lightly. "really?" she giggles and hugs him tightly.

"Of course." Akuma said smiling as he at the last of what was on the leaf.

aqua giggles and smiles. "its peaceful for now..." she looks around.

"The castle and the town are about 10 to 20 miles away now. Using my demon speed I ran as fast as I could without disturbing your sleep. Akuma said looking around himself. Sense the sun was coming up it was unlikely that anyone would be coming after them right now.
