The lonely queen (Fukuro)

Aqua smiles lightly and giggles softly. she snuggles up next to Akuma and falls asleep.

Akuma wakes up hours later, before Aqua does. Its fairly late at night. At least 3 in the morning. "Must be early in the morning. Why am I awake then...?" Before Akuma could think about answering his own question there was a pounding at the door.

"Queen Aqua! Queen Aqua! Wake up! The castle in being attacked, we have to get you out of here!" It was one of the soldiers, defiantly not the one that Akuma killed though.

Aqua sits up quickly "What?!" she was surprised the castle was being attacked. "whats going on whos attacking us?!" she looks at Akuma and grabs his hand. she gets up out of bed and walks to the door and opens it.

"We aren't sure ma'am. All we can guess is that they're some form of demon, some sort of new form! Please hurry and leave through the front entrance, they seem to be focusing on the back side of the castle!" The soldier than ran off heading towards the back of the castle, most likely to fight with the other soldiers. When Akuma heard that it was some new form of demon he seemed scared.

"There's no way he would release them... There can't be past their alpha form... not this early in time.." Akuma really seemed scared about whatever those things were.

Aqua sighs "oh dear..." she begins to run toward the wall. Akuma and her pass through the wall and end up in an underground hallway. she begins to run toward the left "we can get out to the forest this way, its much safer." she looks back at him and smiles.

Akuma's rune stone provides some nice light considering the underground hallway isn't lit with much more than torches here and there. "We should hurry, those things aren't going to go easy on those soldiers. The fact those things aren't here now only means those soldiers of yours put up a good fight." Akuma said following Aqua through the hallway keeping up with her as she runs.

Aqua nods "i know but we have mages healing them in a room of the castle.." she smiles as they run. "i wonder why their attacking.."

"There's only two reasons for him sending them to attack. To kill me or you." In the few years that Akuma was in the lab he had heard a few plans to kill the last of fairies, he never thought he would use... them, though. Those things were supposed to be a complete zeta plan, the last ditch effort. Those things that were attacking... no by this point... killing the soldiers were no demons, they had no name, they weren't even a actual race. They were just a byproduct of the demon experiments, they were projects for the armies but they lost their brain in the process, so they wouldn't be good for the army.

There was soon a loud growling sound at the beginning of the hallway...

Aqua stops "oh dear.." she holds onto fukuro "what do we do?" she shivers lightly.

"It's not what we do, its what you do. You keep running and don't stop, not even when you get to the forest. Just keep running until you can't run." Akuma looked sad, not a look like he was going to die, but a look that showed that he may not be coming back. There was another loud growling, same tone, so that would only make one of them. Akuma ran off towards the growling noise, going to be sure to never let any one of those things get near Aqua.

aqua looks at him with a sad look "please be careful! i better see you again!" she begins to run as fast as she could.

Akuma kept running soon finding himself face to face with what could be described like a huge white lizard. The lizard was actually human sized, actually it was a bit wider and taller than a human. It's head seems to be upside down though, making it seem as if it were some horrible monster. "Just as ugly as I remember." The cross suddenly appears in Akuma's hand. The lizard growls, but it soon stops when Akuma shoved the cross through its head. The cross disappears and the creature falls to it's side, bleeding out.

"Its weaknesses are that of a human still, how could they not kill something like this?" Akuma turns his back to the creature and uses his Demon Speed to catch up.

Aqua runs to a river that was alittle bit into the forest. she falls down panting. she looks around as her breathing returns to normal. "where is he.." she takes a drink from the river.

Akuma catches up with Aqua soon. He didn't seem to be out of breath, good thing about Demon Speed, you actually aren't even using as much energy as it would take to run normally, so you don't really lose any breath. "Alright, I think this deep in the forest is safe. At least for now. I'd say we have until sunrise. Those things are half as strong in the sun, which is why they're attacking at night."
Akuma said sitting by the river putting his bare feet into the water to rest, he wasn't really tired, but seeing those things brought back memories that made him feel like he was living those memories over again.

Aqua smiles when she sees Akuma. "am glad your here..are you hurt?" she looks at the water "well if they this far i should charge my powers.." she sighs why was this happening she never caused trouble. she hated the fighting it made her sad to see all the death.

"I'm alright. And like I said, we should be safe for the night." Akuma said looking up at the star light night sky of the half moon. "Hard to believe that such horrible things take place on one of the most beautiful nights."

Aqua nods in agreement. she looks at him "am still going to charge up my powers though just in case..." she takes off her dress and smiles at akuma then she hops into the water and begins to sink.

According to many of the myths that he heard about fairies when their within their element then their power becomes immense. Also according to many of the rumors that were centered around just water fairies they said that they could hold their breath for much longer than anything else could, about 20 hours was the max, she he wasn't entirely worried about her. Though, the blush on Akuma's face was itself immense from seeing Aqua take her dress off.

Aqua swims around in the water. she pops her head out of the water and looks at akuma "why is your face so red?"

Akuma lays down onto the grassy ground, trying to cover up the already obvious fact that he's blushing. "It's nothing you should worry about..." Akuma said leaving his feet in the water.

Aqua smiles and grabs akuma by his feet and drags him in the water with her. she hugs him and kisses him lightly. "now you breath and talk underwater.." she giggles and swims around him.

Fukuro was still blushing and the light kiss didn't exactly help much. "Seriously? So I could breath and talk, while underwater?" Akuma says in some disbelief.

Aqua giggles and nods "yep!" she swims around him more.

Akuma thought the water felt a little cold, but then again it was only a stream. Akuma dived down into the water hoping that the cool water would sooth his burning face. Thankfully the water helped. "It feels nice in here" Akuma said slightly surprised he could talk underwater.

Aqua smiles "i know.." she giggles and swims right up in his face. "your cute.." she holds his face and kisses him.
