A master without slave, but with something better

"I had a master collar on me once. There's an easy way to get the collar off." Jiro said looking at the collar.

kyo blinks and looks at jiro "really? how?!"

Jiro stood up and walked over to Kyo. Jiro put both his hands on opposite ends of the collar. "Alright this won't hurt a bit... your just going to feel like your on deaths door step for a few seconds...
Jiro didn't let Kyo say anything before Jiro began to pull at the collar, that collar shot off sparks in several different directions. The collar was basically frying Kyo and Jiro. There was a small clicking sound, like a key being turned in a lock. The collar came undone and fell to the ground and out of Jiro's smoking red hot burning hands.

kyo screams in pain and falls to the ground next to collar. he coughs up some blood and looks at jiro. "uuhh..."

Daiki ran down the stairs, he was dressed in back jeans and a white shirt. "Kyo... Are you... okay?" Daiki said holding into Kyo tightly.
"We removed his collar." Jiro picked up the now burnt out master collar. The tattoos on Jiro's and Daiki's hands disappeared.

kyo pants heavily "am ok...." he coughs up more blood. "thank you master jiro..."

"there's no need to call either of us master anymore. The collar is off." Jiro said wondering if he should have actually done that. Jiro knew a few alchemist who could have done the same work, but they would have bent the metal of the master collar, and if it wasn't done perfectly exact to how it was supposed to be down, the collar could activate and kill Kyo. This way, Kyo wouldn't die, but the trade off was the immense pain.
Daiki picked up Kyo and laid him down on the couch, putting a pillow under Kyo's head. Daiki looked worried at Kyo.

kyo looks at the ceiling"oh yeah..." kyos neck was burnt horriblely "its going to be hard i've had that since i was really young..."

"As long as your still alive, that's what's important Kyo... Daiki said looking at Kyo.
"Then burning will heal like a normal burn would, so just stay safe."

kyo smiles lightly and holds his head. a man in a white cloak appears "why have you taken the collar off my daughter is now in more danger!" kyo blinks and his eyes grow wide "what?"

"What are you talking about?" Jiro said looking at the man confused.
Daiki looked at the man. "What did the collar have anything to do with you daughter."

the man sighs "kyo is my son he gave himself to the demons to protect his sister... without that collar anji is in more danger!"
kyo holds his hand and his eyes grow wide "what......uuhhhh....."

Daiki walked up to the man and grabbed him by his collar. "So you just abandoned your own son! Let the demons take him away from his sister!" Daiki was mad, and Jiro was too. Both of them had heard of the demons attacking some families, but not of a father just willing to let their son disappear with demons.

the man looks at them "it was his choice... he became a fallen angel so there was nothing i could do!"
kyo holds his head as he thinks of the name. "anji.....anji...." he started to remember. tears were in his eyes.

"So what! Just because he's a fallen angel doesn't mean you couldn't help him!" Kyo yelled.
Jiro looked over at Kyo. "Daiki.. Kyo's crying.." Jito said concerned.
Daiki let go of the mans collar and wet back over to Kyo. ""What's wrong Kyo? Come on, you know you can tell me.." Daiki held onto Kyo's hand.

the man frowns "just put the collar back on him so the demons can't find anji if they get her who knows what terrible things will happen..."
kyo looks at daiki "anji was my sister... i have to protect her i can't let them get her! put the collar back on me please master daiki!" ges eyes were wide like saucers.

Daiki grit his teeth. They had finally gotten the collar off, Kyo finally had his chance to live a normal life... but to keep his sister safe they had to put the collar back on him, Daiki hated the thought of putting that collar back on him, it brought tears to his eyes.
"Sorry, but this collar is fried. Even if it would close again, it's not going to work." Jiro said holding the collar in his hand. The back part of the collar, where it opened, was twisted a little, meaning that it couldn't close at all.

the man sighs "you have to get another one for anjis sake they'll do horrible things to her... please i know your probably upset but it has to be done..."
kyo looks at the ground and stands up.

Daiki really didn't want to put another one of those collars on Kyo. He didn't like the thought of Kyo's sister getting hurt, but he hated the thought of another one of those collars even getting near Kyo.
"We understand that. But there has to be another way. Were not putting another master collar on Kyo." Jiro said just about ready to beat Kyo's father with the useless master collar.

the man glares at jiro "there is no other way the demons agreed to not hurt anji as long as kyo wore a master collar.."
kyo looks at jiro "master jiro and daiki its ok i don't care if i have to wear another collar as long as anji is safe..."

Daiki held onto Kyo's hand harder. "I'm not putting you in another one of those damn collars. I promised you that, that collar would get off of your neck, and it did. I'm not letting you get another one now."

kyo looks at him "please master daiki let me do this... you kept your promise but now i have to put it back on..." he kisses him deeply.
the man blushes lightly and shivers disgusted he turns him head. "please we must hurry.."

Daiki kissed Kyo back deeply. "I'll think my self not sane for saying this... But okay.. I suppose it's the only option there is..." As much as Daiki hated the idea, there was no other way out.

kyo smiles "thank you master daiki.." he looks at jiro "is it ok master jiro?"

Jiro nodded and looked at Kyo. "As long as you make the choice you think is right. I have no problems with it..." Jiro clearly didn't want to agree to the choice, but it was what had to be done, so he was going to agree to it.
