"Would you rather I sleep with you?" It was a serious question.

keigo blinks "its whatever you want master.." he curls up and yawns.

Hazama scratched his chin. "I'll be right back." Hazama said walking out of the room dialing someone on his phone.

keigo nods and closes his eyes. he yawns again.

Hazama walked back in after a bit. "I called the docs. Rachel is in perfect health so far. There doing to last of the tests now. Rachel should be joining you in about 10 minutes tops."

keigo blinks and smiles happily. "mistress!" he sits up and hops infront of the door waiting for rachel.

Hazama was just about to leave when his phone rang. Hazama answer. "Did something change?" Hazama got a shocked looked on his face. "Are you sure.. Rachel is only a child in the world a vampires.. I see.. He's right here in the room, you might as well tell him yourself." Hazama handed the phone to Keigo.
One of the doctors spoke. "Keigo, correct? I'm afraid I have some bad news... Would you care to come back to the hospital of the Azure HQ?" The doctor clearly had something to say that over the phone would be worse than in person.

keigo blinks and nods "ok.." he hands the phone back to hazama. he was scared he runs to the hospital. he pants and looks around.

One of the doctors grabbed Keigo and took him to Rachel's room. Rachel was still out, but this time she was defiantly asleep. "Lieutenant Hazama requested that Rachel be in perfect medical condition before we wake her up. While we were doing to last test.. something.. disturbing for a vampire of her age came up.."
Rachel was lying in the bed, she had a breathing mask on. "Her heart rate keeps either accelerating or dropping. At this rate if we woke her up the shock from either of those could kill her on the spot."

keigos eyes grow wide. "mistress..." he whispers out. "what can i do to help my mistress!" he didn't want to lose rachel.

"I'm sorry. We've looked through basically every book for something like this and it's the first time that this has ever happened. The only two options are to pull the plug or wake her up and let her live for about 5 seconds before her heart gives out." The doctor said looking at Keigo.

keigo falls to the floor with tears in his eyes. "no you have to try harder! please don't....don't let her die.."

"We're still looking. But at this rate her heart rate will either go to fast and burn itself out, or her heart rate will drop to 0. Either way she would end up dying. I'm sorry, but we're doing all that we can." The doctor said giving Keigo a quick hug.

keigo looks at rachel and crawls onto her bed and curls up next to her. "am sorry mistress.." he hugs her tightly.

"We're estimating it's about an hour before her heart either burns out or stops. I give my condolences to you." The doctor said before walking out of the room. Sense the wall that the door was on as basically one big window the doctor could be seen whispering to one of the other doctors. The second doctor turned and followed the first doctor. The second doctor had a VE patch on this right sleeve...

keigo blinks and rubs his eyes when he sees the VE patch. he growls and runs to the glass. he bangs on the glass and points to the second doctors sleeve.

The glass shattered when Keigo hit the glass hard enough. The two doctors didn't look back, but were defiantly aware that Keigo had broken the window and they were running away now.

keigo looks at rachel scared "mistress am...am so sorry..." he hugs her tightly and cries "i knew i shouldn't have trusted them..." he blinks and thinks for a moment "could hazama..." he shakes his head. he didn't want to think about it.

Hazama walked into the room. He whistled. "Man, you must really be mad if you shatter that window. Those things are thick enough to deal with a fully charged standard soul bullet."

keigo looks at him "master your not part of the VE are you?!" hes breath was starting to speed up. he begins to trumble with rachel in his arms.

"What the hell? Where did you get off, thinking that I'm part of them. Even if a knife were at my throat I wouldn't join them..." Hazama defiantly wouldn't join VE if his own life was in danger, but her clearly needed to say something.

keigo looks at rachel "those doctors were part of the VE they did something to the mistress!"

"What?!" Hazama said shocked. He clenched his fists. "Saya said they were the best doctors... Saya... Saya..! Damn it!" Hazama said that second Saya as if he just realized something very important.

keigo nuzzles rachel and lays down next to her. he had a look of everything is lost on his face.

Hazama had the same look on his face. "Saya... damn it... you were planning this from the start..." Hazama had tears falling. Someone was clapping, Saya stood in the remains of the window, the pink shirt was replaced with a black on with the VE symbol across the breasts.
"Very good sweetie. You finally figured what all5 years of our marriage has been about." Saya said looking at Hazama.
"It was... all a lie..?" Hazama said still with tears coming out as he looked at Saya. Saya busted out laughing.
"Amazing! You actually that I loved you!" Saya kept laughing as Hazama cried.
