Personality:Kind and caring she is always seen in the royal courts and is one of the people working on the mask bandit known as CAT case. She is always full of questions and is seen at every social gathering. Because of her job she can be seen as dark at times and fearful to the lower class citizens, but that is just one of the ways to show them there place in society. She is rarely seen taking up acts of violence.

History:Isabella was born into nobility she was only a eight when her land was taken over and being a child she had no say. Her life growing up was not badly effected growing up being of a higher class, but she watched as others suffered. At the age of ten she started to study art, law and politics of the country that took over so that when she becomes a member of society she will be ready and show her intelligence, hoping to get a job within social justice and law (basically a cop). Majority of the lower class citizens despise her because of the fact that her parents were not willing to at lest protest the take over. However there are some that do not put the blame on her. Many middle and upper class citizens have a great deal of respect for her for either two reasons her status or how she worked to where she was with out the help of her family.
