Finding Hope in a Hopeless person (anyone)

Akira was tired and annoyed with walking in the dark woods. It would always be forever night time with fog and swampy lands. It was unbelievable he had to deal with this for who knows how long. Until he found a dagger. A small little dagger within hundreds of miles of creepy forest. He growled and rolled his eyes and sat down on a tree trunk making sure it wasn't slimy first. He couldn't believe how his luck was going.

Rochelle smiles as she walks through the swampy area heading home. She hums a same song and giggles "I got lots of food for the month!"

Akira looks at the weird girl walking in the forest wondering where the voice was coming from. He saw a strange creature and it was this girl. What the hell was she... He growled and teleported himself into the trees to look down on her waiting for a moment to attack. Nothing in these woods was "safe".

Rochelle smiles as she walks "almost home!"

Akira growls and pounces down on the girl his black wings unfurling and his fangs popping out. She falls underneath him all her possessions going everywhere. "Alright Monster you are in my path. You're suspicious prepare to get killed!"

Rochelle blinks and screams "who who are you please don't hurt me.."

"Oh yeah that's what they all say!" He snarled. He mimicked a whiny voice "Please don't hurt me, please I'm innocent, please let me get up so I can throw that all to the side and turn evil and rip your throat out!" Akira rolled his eyes.
"Please love, save the theatrics you don't fool me I've been already through this five times today and I know there will be more."

Rochelle at him with tears in her eyes "but am not a monster..." It hurt her to be called a monster, she was the last of her kinda and she had been lived on this swampy forest most of her life. To think after she tried to be so safe she was going to die anyway. She covers her eyes "ok please just...just kill me quick...I know your not going to believe..."

"Damn it all," he roared. "You are actually making me believe your sob story." He grabbed her by her shirt. "If I get up and you try to kill me. I won't even kill you..GIRL. I will keep you as a little pet tormenting you till you kill yourself. That's how sick and tired I am of this god damn swamp!" He pushed her back down and quickly backed away from her and then crouched down ready to attack is she ever made the wrong move.

Rochelle looks at him and wipes her tears away "thank you so much!" She bows and picks up her food "would.. Would you like something to eat? You said you were tired right?" She was slightly scared and wasn't sure if it was ok for her to ask that.

Akira growled and snapped his head to the side. "I can't eat. I never eat. It is not necessary save it for yourself." He still kept far away from her but he picked up the rest of her food and sat it in a pile gently so it couldn't get dirty or ruined.

Rochelle nods "all all right.." She picks up the food "would you like me to show you the way out of the swamp?"

"That would be nice," Akira mumbled. "But I am looking for something," he said a bit louder. "A dagger. I can not leave without it."

Rochelle looks at him "where did you leave it do you remember?"

He sighed and ran his hand through his hair. "I didn't exactly LEAVE it. I uh am getting it for my master. But that is none of your concern. Do you know of a dagger that can kill any being living or not that is around here?"

Rochelle blinks and looks at him "well there's a dagger that's protect by a elf but am not sure if it's the same one your looking for.."

"Oh well it will do for now. It's best to try everything," Akira shrugged and started to walk then paused. "Wait a second, so where is this frickin elf?"

Rochelle giggles and smiles "I'll show you the way just let me takes these things home come on.." She starts to walk toward her house.

Akira stops. "How do I know this still isn't a trap." He snarled. Looking at her cautiously.

Rochelle looks at him "I have nothing to gain from trapping you. Besides it's nice to have company it gets lonely out here you know.."

Akira rolls his eyes. "Well I wonder why. Why the bloody hell are you out here anyways if it's so lonely." he said throwing up his hands in annoyance.

Rochelle looks at the ground "a long time ago I was just a gargoyle I was brought to life along with a bunch of others.. But people got scared and killed off most of the other.. I got away and hide out here..I can't leave this place because I don't want to be killed.. Am the last gargoyle.."

If Akira didn't lose the last bit of his heart he would have felt bad. "My parents died I am the last of my bloodline. I am the only one left with Renji blood there is no other family. So in a way I know how you feel. I just don't get sad about it."

Rochelle looks at the ground "am sorry..." She keeps walking "my house is just up a little more this way.."

Akira sighed. "Alright." He continued to follow her till they arrived at a house.
