Finding Hope in a Hopeless person (anyone)

Rochelle opens the door "here we are.." She smiles and starts to put her food away make yourself at home.."

Akira was impressed with the house. "Uhm you did this yourself? Or did you have to fight a dark fairy for it?"

Rochelle looks at him "the elf that's guarding the dagger helped me build it.."

Akira laughed. "Well I hope you aren't too fond of him or I hope he is not your lover, because if he has what I wants and won't give it up I will have to kill him. And yes I am being well damn serious."

Rochelle blinks "you won't have to I'll tell him you want it for your master.. He'll give it to me.." She smiles lightly.

Akira can't help but laugh some more. "A dagger like that. I doubt he will just kindly hand it over to you."

Rochelle looks at him "yes he will he trusts me.."

"For something like that. I doubt it still." Akira sighed and sat on the floor by the door waiting for her.

Rochelle sighs and puts up the rest of the food. "ok all done let's go.." She walks out the house and heads toward a big tree.

Akira followed her. Weary of everything and wanting to get this stupid dagger and just take it to Satan so his journey would be over and he could at least fall into a deep sleep for a week. It's what he needed. "Is this it?" he asks.

Rochelle nods "but you can only get in if your good at heart.. So who is your master? Are you getting the dagger for his birthday or something?"

Akira face palms. "Uh. I'll just wait out here." He slumped down next to the tree. "I'm not into that pure at heart bullshit. Sorry."

Rochelle frowns "you need to come with me.. Sern won't give it to me without you to back up my story.. If your taking the dagger for a good reason that's all you need to get in.."

"God damn it all. Look girl it is not going to work." Akira sighs. I'm going to be stuck out here for eternity won't I, he thinks to himself.

Rochelle looks at him "my names Rochelle not girl.. Come on you can try.. Why are you getting the dagger for your master?"

"Do I have to answer that. Do I really!" He growls. "Look at what I am!" He pounces to his feet. Eyes glowing red, fangs baring. "Isn't it obvious why I can't go through there and who my Master is and what I am getting the dagger for." Akira starts to shake with laughter. "Damn you for being so innocent and naive."

Rochelle backs against the tree "what..what do you mean?" She want sure what to do.

Akira sighs. "Don't you know what a demon is when you see it." He snarls.

Rochelle shakes her head "I've only see elfs and fairies...what's a demon?"

"Are you freaking kidding me!" Akira snaps. "Do you even know who Satan is!"

Rochelle shakes her head with tears in her eyes. "no I....I don't.."

"Then why are you crying. You obviously know something about evil." He said cornering her and grinning. "And sadly I can't go anywhere till I have that dagger, but I also can't walk through there. And that makes me very, very angry little girl."

Rochelle looks at him and shivers "am crying cuz can feel your anger and I don't like it.. Well I can't get you the dagger without you.."

"No you don't feel anger you feel evil. Want me to try walking in there?" Akira tries it and is stopped by a force. "Well will you look at that. Fate has decided I am a bad guy."

Rochelle looks at the ground "you could be a good guy if you tried.."
