izaya coughs up some blood "damn.."
rukia runs up to him "master drink more of my blood... maybe it'l help..."
izaya looks at him and shakes his head the only person blood that could help me was masarus you know that.." he gets up slowly and leans on a tree. he was becoming paler "lets head home.."

'Damn it... it's all my fault... Why didn't I wake up sooner.. Maybe then things would have been different!' Masaru felt like putting his hand through a wall.

rukia grabs masarus body just in case. he teleports them all back to the castle.

"Well then tell me what I can do... I'm a spirit, dead, and I'll probably disappear soon... What light is there for me to look forward to..?" Masaru sounded like he's been beaten down and given up entirely.

izaya looks at him "as long as am still alive i won't let you disappear i'll find a way to fix this... if you give up so will i.."

Masaru sighed and hugged Izaya. "I won't give up then. So you shouldn't either.

izaya hugs him back "thank you.." he coughs again.
rukia sets him on the bed. "i'll be back master.. masaru you keep an eye on him..." he walks out of the room.

"What made you like me though...?" Masaru always thought that he was a god, and so he had assumed that that was why Izaya liked him.

izaya looks at him and smirks "i don't know just something about you made me like you.. i guess cuz of how interesting you were.... i don't know.." he kisses his cheek and coughs in his hand.

Masaru hugged Izaya tightly back and laid down next to him. Even though Masaru was a spirit, he was going to stay by Izaya's side. Masaru smiled.

rukia injects a red liquid into izayas arm "that should help master.." he smiles and starts to feed him some soup.

Masaru got up. "I have to go do something really quick..." Masaru left the room.

Almost a day later Masaru still hadn't returned. Masaru's once lifeless body twitched and the rose brightened.
