The master's pet (Berry)

"I was angry... I just wanted to help her..." Shin said. He hugged Oni a little tighter.

"what made you think I wasn't going to help her too.. I told you I was.. What did you think I meant?" Oni looks at him.

"I thought you were going to do something bad..." Shin said.

Oni smirks "like what?"

"I don't know.. I guess I just thought the worst possible thing..." Shin hugged Oni tightly.

Oni chuckles lightly and smirks, he sets him down "your home.."

Shin looked at the ground expecting whatever punishment Oni would give him.

Oni lays down "go get my food.." He yawns and closes his eyes.

"Ok.." Shin said a little surprised about not getting a punishment. He headed to the kitchen and got Oni's food and soon got back to Oni.

Oni eats his food "good night." He rolls over and closes his eyes.

"Good night.." Shin said. He kissed Oni lightly on the cheek. He doubted that Oni would even want him in the same room, so he started heading for the door.

Oni looks at him "where are you going?"

"Huh..? Well.. it's just that after all that's happened... I doubted you actually wanted me to be in the same room as you..." Shin said looking at the ground.

Oni shrugs "it's whatever you can stay here if you want.." He rolls back over.

"O-Okay then.." Shin said a little surprised. He got into bed with Oni and cuddled with him.

Oni looks at him "don't cuddle until I fall asleep.." He smirks and falls asleep.

"Okay.." Shin said backing away. He waited until he knew for sure that Oni was asleep before he cuddled up with him.

Oni woke up the next morning and yawns.

Shin wasn't in bed with Oni when he woke up.

Oni blinks "where is he?"

Shin woke up in a different room than the one he had fallen asleep in. He didn't remember waking up and walking into a different room. His eyes took a moment to adjust to the odd lights of the room. Looking around he could see that the room had several torches around the walls of the room which were providing the light, as well as some of the other staff members from Oni's mansion chained to the wall or the floor by their wrists or ankles. Looking at his feet he saw that his ankles were chained to the ground. Hearing the door from across the room open he saw a person walk into the room... a woman he didn't know, he assumed it to be Koyuki.

Koyuki walks up to him "am going to set you all free.."

Shin looked at Koyuki a bit scared and confused.

Koyuki blinks "why are you all afraid?"

"Well, you dragged us to some unknown location, chained us up... what reason don't we have to be scared?" Shin said.
