The master's pet (Berry)

Oni nods and smiles lightly "ok.."

Shin smiled warmly. "Your really becoming a sweet person Oni."

Oni looks at him "am not sweet am just weak that's all.." He gets up and walks to the kitchen.

Shin sighed. 'And here I thought he was actually going to start being nicer..' Shin thought to himself. He took the bag of what was now water off of his neck and emptied it out into the sink of the kitchen. Shin got some more ice and put it in the bag and put it back to his neck. The stinging was starting to wear off, but he could still feel it.

Oni looks at him and makes some food. He hands him a plate "here.."

"Thanks.." Shin said. He took some of the food and put it on the plate and sat down onto the couch in the living room and started eating.

Oni looks at him "how long are we going to have to be out here?"

Shin shrugged his shoulders. "Isn't that up to you? Your the one who can teleport freely." Shin said a little coldly.

Oni blinks "what's up with you?"

Shin pretty much did the math in his head. By the way he figure Oni acted around Shin, Shin wasn't going to be alive long enough for Oni to actually even start caring for Shin the way he did for Oni. "Nothing." Shin said still coldly.

Oni growls "if it's nothing why do you sound mad?"

"You wouldn't care if I told you. Not that you even care now though." Shin responded.

Oni looks at him "tell me.."

"Fine. You don't seem that hell-bent on it, but there's no point in just trying to keep this from you." Shin took a deep breath. "By the way you act about me it's pretty damned near obvious that by the time you'd admit you could care about me I'd be dead for quite a while." Shin said trying to put it mildly.

Oni sighs and gets up. He walks out the house.

Shin sighed. He knew that he was right, and Oni leaving only justified that in Shin's mind.

Oni sighs and hops on the room.

Shin finished his food and washed the plate. He laid down on the couch and eventually went to sleep...

Oni walks into the house and picks up shin and runs out the house.

Shin woke up a bit later. "Huh..?" It was fairly dark, so he couldn't really see where he was.

Oni covers his mouth and holds him close "shh.." He presses up against the rock and peeks out. A rose petal warrior was walking around. He tightens his grip on shin.

Shin was confused, he wanted to know what was going on and why. Shin blushed that Oni was holding him so close.

Oni as the rose warrior disappears. He let's go of shin and stands up. "we're safe now."

Shin couldn't say anything because of the gag, he tried to pull it off but it was too tight, it didn't seem to be coming off by himself anytime soon.

Oni blinks and pulls the gag out of his mouth "how did you get a gag on you?"
