"I thought that was you! I'm still blind!" Marik said.

Blane growls but sets him down. He starts to calm down and looks at Taylor "why did you scream?"

Taylor looks at Blane and runs to the bathroom "leave me alone! Your not real!! Go away your just going to hurt me again your not Blane!" He slams the bathroom door and shivers.

Blane blinks and just sits on the bed shocked. "what's he talking about.. I've never hurt him.."

"It's probably what they did. Remember how he was beaten badly when we found him? The simulators they use to train people are never holograms like they say they are. From start to finish they are real people, just with manipulated appearance in the training chamber. They must have ambushed him and made the people appear like you.." Marik said.

Blane blinks "I didn't know they were real people.. Those bastards! Why the hell did they make them look like me?!" He punches the wall.

"Probably to make him fear or hate you. And it looks like it's the former, fear. Either way it's a success for them because it will take a long time for you to regain his trust.." Marik said.

Blane sinks to the floor and just pounds on it. "I took care of him for so long! I became a demon to protect him! I did everything I could and they took it all away in one day!!" Tears run down his face.

Marik hugged Blane. "I know you'll get his trust back.. Right now he's just very vulnerable, a lot has happened for him in such a short amount of time... I couldn't imagine what it's like in his head right now.."

Blane looks at him "I don't know how to get people to trust me though.." He sighs and wipes his eyes.

Marik hugged Blane again. "Just talk to him. Warm up to him.." Marik said.

Blane blushes "can't I just give him money?"

"It doesn't work like that.." Marik said. "Talk to him through the door, be nice to him.. Try to calm him down.." Marik said.

Blane looks at him "I'll.. I'll try.." He walks to the bathroom door "uh Taylor are.. You ok?"

Taylor looks at the door "what do you care! Leave me alone you just want to hurt me!"

Blane blinks and growls. He gets ready to yell.

Marik put a hand on Blane's shoulder and shook his head. He pulled Blane back a bit. "I think I know what to do about him for right now.. Just let him think things over for himself right now." Marik said.

Blane looks at him and sighs. "fine.. I guess I would just make things worse.." He heads down stairs.

Marik knocked on the bathroom door. "Taylor. You aren't in the simulation anymore. And no one plans to hurt you."

Taylor looks at the door "how do I know your not lying?!" He backs against the wall.

"Because you wouldn't even be alive right now otherwise." Marik said seriously. "I'm not going to sugar coat anything for you. so if you want me to stop now to gather your thoughts then go ahead." Marik said.

Taylor looks at the door and then the ground "I won't be alive..." Tears well up in his eyes and he holds his head.

"Your wouldn't be alive right now." Marik said. "Your brother fixed you up when he brought you here."

Taylor blinks "that Blane from before? He fixed me?"

"Yes. And he is your real brother." Marik said.

Taylor hugs his knees "I.. I need to think.."

"Okay. I'll leave you to think about what I just told you. I'll be out here if you need something." Marik said. He had finally started getting his sight back.

Blane was on the couch and sighs. He closes his eyes and groans.

Marik sat down on the bed and waited.
