The exam..(open)

anji smiles "am glad you have your sister..." she sighs and remembers the flashback of her brother that was dragged away from her.

"What about you? Did you lose anyone close to you?" Hayato said looking at Anji.

anji looks at him and nods. "yes i did... i lost my brother... i only remember him being dragged away calling out my name..." she sighs and looks out the window.

"I'm sorry to hear that." The train was heading towards a town that looked in ruins and about 15 minutes away. It was noticeably getting a bit hotter, and the grassy fields were getting a bit more sandy. The town was close to a desert.

Anji blinks and looks around. "where are we?" she looks at hayato.

"The DE base isn't so much a base, but an abandoned and once lost desert town that once went by the name of Xerxes." The city of Xerxes was a town on the border of the desert that was once swallowed by a sandstorm and never found due to the sudden sandstorms that arrived whenever someone came to the empty ruined city.

Anji smiles "thats cool..." her eyes changed colors to blue again.

The train soon arrived and stopped into the city. Hayato held Anji's hand as he walked off of the train into the easily 100 degree heat then into the building in the center of the ruined city. Inside it was a destroyed palace.
Hayato lead Anji down some flights of stairs to a metal door which clear wasn't originally part of the building. Hayato opened the door using a pin number on the key pad. Hayato lead Anji inside and inside it was full of modern day tech, and even some tech that looked like it was from the future.
"Welcome to Sector 5, DE base, codenamed Xerxes."

anji looks around "this place is amazing!" she kisses him and giggles.

Hayato blushed and a few of the guys gave a cat call or two. "This is only research. I lead the defense and capture sector here in Xerxes."

anji smiles and giggles "thats cool.. take me there please hayato!" she holds onto his arm tightly.

Hayato rubbed the back of his head wondering if her really should. "Alright then.." Hayato let Anji hold onto his arm as he lead her out of Sector 5 and into Sector 2 on the other side of the caste, and a bit farther under ground. It was three flights of stairs before they came to another metal door with yellow paint on it that read 2.

Hayato opened the door with a different pin number and lead Anji into a large room with a big table in the center of the room. There were chairs around the table, no one appeared to be around at the moment. The room was a bit cold, but it was certainly better than the outside. The room was painted to look just like a forest, and so on a first impression it looked like a forest with a table in the center of it.

anji smiles "this is awesome!" she giggles and looks around. her wings pop out as she looked at hayato.

The roof to the room was about a story up, it really made it feel like a forest. "Thanks. It was my idea to paint it like a forest. Everyone else in my Sector should be here in a bit, until then, why don't you take a seat?"

anji smiles and kisses him again "ok.." she giggles and sits down.

Hayato kissed Anji back and then Hayato took his seat at the head of the table. It wasn't long before three other people walked in wearing the same styled armor as Hayato was, the difference was how heavily padded the people were. The woman that brought Anji was one of them. The three of them sat down in the seats and looked at Anji.

anji smiles at them and waves. her wings began to disappear "hi my names anji!"

Anji, I should point out that they use code names, so they won't be giving their real names away." The three nod.
The girl introduces herself as S2L2, she said it meant: Sector 2 Leader 2.
The man with the heaviest looking armor introduces himself next, calling himself S2HA, saying it meant: Sector 2 Heavy Artillery.
The last person introduced himself as S2TO, saying it meant: Sector 2 Tactical Officer.

anji smiles lightly "thats cool!" her eyes change back to normal and she looks around. she blushes lightly and gets quite.

Hayato smiled and laughed a bit. "In any case. about that new recruit, do any of you knew where she has been assigned?" Hayato asked looking at his Sector members. S2HA stood up and talked. "Sir. I have received confirmation that the girl has been assigned to Sector 5, research." S2HA sat back down. Hayato nodded.

anji looks between the two. she smiles lightly but stays quiet.

S2L2 stood up and began to talk. "Let's just get the elephant out of the room. Hayato, your fully healed. This girl we know nothing about is sitting here in front of us. And you, Hayato, have revealed the lost city of Xerxes to an outsider." S2L2 sat down.
Hayato stood up. "I trust this girl. She is an angel who healed by wound, and I believe she could be the key that we've been looking for."

anji blinks and looks at hayato confused "k....k...key?" she tilts her head.

S2TO stood up and adjust his glasses. S2TO began to explain. "The key we're talking about it more of a symbolic thing, not an actual key. According to legend: 'The leader of the second find the key and bring her to Xerxes.' Until a few weeks ago we didn't realize that Hayato was the leader they were talking about. And now we have the key. You miss... Anji Zeno, correct?"

anji blinks in surprise "me a key it couldn't be me am nothing special..." she moves closer to hayato.
