Walter jumped into the shadow of a passing police car with its sirens blaring.

A person with a cloak walks the opposite direction of the police car. They giggle softly and keep their face hidden.

Walter jumped from the shadow of the police car a good 7 feet into the air and five tackled the cloaked person and pinned them. Shadow hands held the person's arms and legs down.

The shadow hands dragged the person into a nearby alley Walter went in after him. The shadow hands held the person to a wall.

The person keeps struggling. "stop it!! Let go! I'll kill you!" Black spears appear out of no where and try to stab Walter.
