A New Life (Berry)

"Well, I just wanted to ask because I want to take you somewhere special." Edo replies. He looks at Tenshi curiously when she sits up. "I assume you want to do something?" Edo wonders, sitting up with Tenshi. He kisses her gently on the lips, then holds her with one arm and nuzzles her. "Tenshi, it's been one year since we've started dating. We'll stay here for a day or two, but after, I'd like to take you to the best sight in Heaven. Nobody will be there except the two of us."

Tenshi blushes lightly and smiles. "that sounds really nice Edo! I can't wait.." She giggles and looks at him. "I was going to get a book and ask you to read it to me.." She blushes more feeling embarrassed.

Edo laughs softly when he sees Tenshi blushing in embarrassment, and kisses her on the cheek. "Go get the book. I'll read it to you." He whispers, patting Tenshi on the back to go grab what she wants. In the meantime, Edo looks over and grabs a pillow and blanket.

Tenshi smiles and blushes lightly "thank you Edo.." She kisses his cheek and gets up running of to get the book. She finds the book she wants and quickly runs back. She hops on the couch next to him and holds out Alice in Wonderland. She giggles and cuddles up to Edo.

Edo looks at Tenshi with a surprised look as she comes running along with the book "Alice in Wonderland." Edo holds Tenshi's against him while he reads the book, and childishly acts out the bunny, the queen, Alice, and other characters; all for their entertainment. When he reaches the midway point of the book, he stops and looks at Tenshi lovingly. "Are you enjoying this book?" He asks

Tenshi looks at Edo and nods her head. She smiles big and gigles "Yes I am Edo.. You don't mind read?" She blushes lightly hoping he was enjoying the book as well.

"As long as you're enjoying the book, we'll continue reading." Edo states, continuing on with the book as promised. He continues on now with climatic scenes until the very end, including the part where Alice wakes up, and realizes that everything she had done was only a dream. Edo gently closes the book afterwards, and notices how comfy the two were against each other's bodies. Edo hands the book back to Tenshi, and looks at her curiously. "What else do you wanna do?" Edo asks.

Tenshi blinks and looks at Edo when he finishes the book. "It was only a dream.." She pouts slightly and crosses her arms "I wanted to go there with you.. It sounded like so much fun.." She giggles lightly and looks at him. She holds the book close and sighs softly "I don't know.."

Edo kisses Tenshi while she holds the book close. "Relax, we'll go to much better places than that!"
Edo cheers, "Also, take your time with your choice. We're staying at home today, anyway." Edo laughs softly towards his own comment and rests his head on Tenshi's.

Tenshi blinks and looks at Edo. "There's a better place than Wonderland?" She looks at him with big eyes. She smiles and giggles with excitement "Tell me about!" She seemed in the mood for stories today.

Edo laughs softly again when he notices how excited Tenshi becomes towards his comments. "In Heaven, there are two connected islands above every other wonder in the universe. These islands are known as Wish Island, and Dreamland. Dreamland is a private area where you can take friends, and experience dreams as if they are real. Once you end a day in Dreamland, you go to Wish Island. Here, all of your dreams are combined into a wonderful future that you can experience with anyone you want...just one other person. Both islands are meant for people in close relationships, like you and me!" Edo hugs Tenshi gently and holds the book with her for a moment. "Tomorrow, you and I get to go to these two islands, okay?"

Tenshi looks at him and blushes lightly. "that sounds so cool Edo! I can't wait! It'll be so much fun!" She giggles happily and hugs him tightly.

Edo hugs Tenshi back just as tight, now excited by her joy. "So I've planned tomorrow, now you have to plan what we do today." Edo teases, rubbing Tenshi's back, "I'm not the only one that knows how to have fun here, anyway."

Tenshi blinks and blushes lightly. She thinks for a moment and smiles "let's have a movie night!"

"Sounds good!" Edo replies, "Though, let me go make breakfast first. It's still early in the morning." With this being said, Edo goes to the kitchen and makes bacon, eggs, home fries, waffles and toast. He sets the table with all the food resting on plates, along with condiments such as ketchup and melted butter.

Tenshi blinks "I thought it was afternoon.." She sighs softly and giggles. She goes and puts the book away. She thinks for a moment before going to the kitchen.

Edo pulls back a chair for Tenshi, then sits in the one next to it. He organizes the food equally among the two, and prepares to eat. "Enjoy!" Edo declares

Tenshi smiles happily and sits down. "thank you Edo.." She claps her hands "thank you for the food.." She starts to eat.

"You're welcome, sweetie..." Edo replies, hugging Tenshi quickly before he begins eating his food. He also pours himself a glass of milk to drink while he eats, and enjoys himself. He prepares himself to finish the meal swiftly, then take a nap.

Tenshi smiles lightly and sighs softly. "I'm suspended form working.. Isn't that good? We get to spend all the time together.." She looks at him as she takes a sip of milk.

"Suspended from working? You got in trouble?" Edo wonders, looking at Tenshi curiously. Edo wipes his mouth with his napkin and kisses Tenshi on the cheek before he continues eating. "As much as I'd like to spend time with you, I don't want you to be in any trouble..." Edo adds.

Tenshi blinks and looks at him "oh I just got in trouble because of what happened.. It's nothing big.. Please don't worry.." She smiles and kisses his cheek back.

"Well, I got suspended from my powers too." Edo remarks, "Looks like we'll need to take a boat to the island." Edo finishes his food and his drink, then places the cup over the table. He holds Tenshi gently with one of his free arms while she eats.

Tenshi blinks and looks at him "wait you can't fly?!" She holds onto his shirt looking worried.

Edo is startled when Tenshi grabs onto his shirt. "The Head Angels didn't like how I killed, Tenshi. I killed that lady, remember? I have her cross." Edo shows Tenshi the female devil's cross, and looks down towards the ground in disappointment. "I'm sorry." He mutters.
