Cantabile kissed Lance back. She hugged Lance tightly. "I... I..." Cantabile wanted to say 'I love you.', but something was stopping her.

lance smiles "you don't have to say i love you cantabile.." he chuckles lightly and ruffles her hair "i have to take a shower ok.." he blushes lightly feeling embarrassed.

Cantabile blushed deeply and walked out of the room.

lance takes off the rest of his armor and clothes. he hops in the shower and sits down. he let the cold water run over his body, he smiles "this is relaxing.." he chuckles lightly.

Cantabile sat in the hallway with her head in her knees. What Lance had said confused her.

lance finishes his shower and walks out he wraps a towel around his waist. he opens the door and sticks his head out "cantabile you can come in you know.." he chuckles lightly.

Cantabile kept her head in her knees. She was still confused.

lance looks at her "are you ok cantabile?"

"What did you mean by that..." Cantabile said looking worried at Lance.

lance looks at her confused "what do you mean?" he wasn't sure what she was talking about

"What did you mean... When you said that I didn't have to say I love you... It confused me.. it even hurt me..."

lance blinks and walks out in the towel he kneels beside her "i meant if you weren't ready to say it you didn't have to.." he hugs her tightly.

Cantabile didn't budge. She kept her face in her knees, but from the sounds of her slightly sobbing it was clear that she was crying.

lance holds her close "cantabile why are you crying? did i say something wrong?"

Cantabile looked at lance, the tears were streaming down her face. She ran off into another one of the rooms, crying the entire time.

lance looks at he confused. he goes and gets dressed. he walks to the door cantabile ran in. he knocks on the door "cantabile.."

Commandant Van opened the door. "What do you want." Van said clearly angered.

lance blinks "can i uuhh talk to cantabile?"

"I doubt she would want to talk to you now." Van said glaring at Lance.

lance looks at him "but i have to talk to her please.."

"Fine." Van said walking away from the door. Cantabile was sitting on the couch, still sobbing with her head in her hands.

lance walks in and goes and sits next to her "cantabile am sorry if i said something to hurt your feelings.. i didn't mean too... please tell me whats wrong.."

"What you said made me feel like you didn't feel the same way I did..." Cantabile kept sobbing

lance looks at her "cantabile i do.. i just want you to feel comfortable around me... i love you cantabile.." he blushes deeply and hugs her.

Cantabile blushed deeply as will. Cantabile looked at lance then kissed him lovingly. "I love you Lance..."
