The Adventure Starts Now [Open]

Edo walks the street of a new town known as "The Shooting Star"; an area in which, as the name states, many shooting stars are seen, along with late night events. He was here just on time, seeing as the moon was highly visible along with the stars surrounding it. A ditch could be seen ahead, resting just below the moon as Edo sat there, looking up at the beautiful sky. A soothing breeze crossed his scalp, refreshing him as he looked up. "So this is what they call a nice evening in this world?" He asked himself. Normally, he would not speak this awkwardly, nor with this vocabulary. However, as he was alone, he could express his inner self: something that wasn't as familiar with this world as Heaven itself. Holding his hands together, Edo decided to contact God. "God, we're still friends right?" Edo asked Him, his voice able to be heard from anyone nearby. This was a short question under a short prayer, made by the only Fallen Angel who still believed in praying. Other Fallen Angels wanted to kill the Holy Angels and show that they should be the ones God wants in his kingdom. Sometimes these stories made Edo feel like he should live the story of the Jack'O'Lantern: something that, by myth, was rejected by both Heaven and hell. However, by doing so, his people would not forgive him, and he would probably be punished with the consequence of living an eternal life of loneliness. These thoughts were brief as Edo began to examine the area. "What to do...what to do..." He thought aloud.

Tenshi runs post edo in a hurry. Her wings spread out as she takes to the air. She blinks and looks back at edo. She flies in front of him "sir you must leave or run the dark angel is coming!" She was had a scared look on her face. She didn't want to see anyone get hurt by the monster dark angel.

Edo notices another person pass him, startled as she appears before him and speaks of a dark angel. "A dark angel? You mean a Fallen Angel?" I respond, "Why should I believe you? I don't even know you." With this being said, I pause, examining this person thoroughly. "Besides..." I add, "I'm not gonna live my life to run from some dark angel. Should we not show them who's boss?"

Tenshi blinks "the dark angel kills angels! You can't stand up to him he killed three high ranking angels.." She looks at him "well I wouldn't lie to you I don't want anyone to get hurt.. He'll kill anyone he thinks is a angel.." She looks around scared.

I frown as the angel feels scared. "I'll protect you, okay?" I offer, "Ranks don't matter. I promise I won't die. Not when I have yet to decipher 18 years of my life." I laugh softly at my second statement. "If you believe I'll die, your free to run to the best of your ability. However, if you can trust me, you can hide and watch me defeat this angel you speak of." I smile towards the angel, trying to make her feel more comfortable. "I'm Edo Nakamura, and I'm gonna defeat this dark angel you speak of. Understood?"

Tenshi looks at him surprised "ok.." She smiles and hugs him "thank you edo.." She lands next to him and her wings disappear "my names Tenshi it's nice to meet you.." She giggles and blinks. She looks over and sees a dark figure off in the distant "he's...he's coming.." She shivers and holds onto edos arm. "I'll help you in every way I can if you plan to take him on.." The dark figure disappears, Tenshi looks around "oh no he could appear anywhere..."

Edo blushes as Tenshi hugs him. "You're welcome, and it's nice to meet you too!" He smiles, watching her land next to him. As soon as she lands, however, Edo notices her speak of the dark angel yet again. He grins as he already has an idea. He watches Tenshi hold his arm, briefly patting her arm before making an action. "Just close your eyes, and hang out tight, okay?" Edo whispers to Tenshi before enhancing the light surrounding him, creating a blinding environment before this dark angel. To Tenshi, it would look as though nothing but light surrounded them now, though Edo could see the dark angel through it. Using his Heaven's Sorrow, he launched three arrows of light towards the dark angel; one directed at its head, one for its neck, and the other for its heart. "Victory." Edo mutters as he awaits a response.

Tenshi closes her eyes and holds onto his arm tightly. The dark angel disappeared leaving a cross behind. Tenshi opens her eyes slightly "really are you sure? He's not that easy to kill.. I thought.."

The manipulated hues return to normal as the dark angel disappears. "Yes, Fallen Angels are difficult to kill." Edo agrees, "However, how can Fallen Angels fight if they can't see?" Edo winks to Tenshi as he says this, placing his hand over hers. "I have the power to manipulate hues." Edo adds, "I can blind people in two ways; through darkness or through light. I had you close your eyes so the light wouldn't blind you." To my attention, however, there comes a cross that the dark angel left behind. "Should I touch this item the Fallen Angel left behind?" Edo asks Tenshi curiously.

Tenshi looks at the cross and backs away "no that holds dark angels soul and memories... He'll be back to get it.. We should just leave he won't die unless his soul is returned to his body.." She looks at him and holds onto his arm "come on edo.."

Edo thinks about Tenshi's words, though he picks up the cross anyways, seriousness written on his face. "Call me insane, but I think this will come in handy." Edo explains, "Tenshi, you can't be so scared if you want to survive in this world. Like I said, I will protect you, understood?" Edo pauses as he examines the cross. It was disguised well, looking as if it were the property of an ordinary angel, though it possessed dark energy. I laugh softly as I hold it. "I'm gonna defeat these guys someday, Tenshi. All of them. I promise, and this will be my key."

Tenshi blinks "wait there's more than one dark angel?!" She sighs but smiles at him "alright edo.." She stands up "I'll help you as much as possible alright!" She giggles and looks at the moon "what are you going to do with the dark angels memories and soul?" She looks at him.

"Dark angels are angels that abandon God." Edo explains, "With this being said, there are endless possibilities as to how many there might be." Edo acts further upon his actions as he hugs Tenshi while she's smiling. "Thank you for staying with me!" Edo smiles, "I'm sorry for worrying you, as well." I look back at the cross, wondering how I will deal with it. "If the cross contains this angel's soul and memories, then I'll hold them captive in my mind. This way, only I can grant permission of the angel's escape."

Tenshi smiles and giggles "alright..if you need me to trick a dark angel I can.." Her wings appear as black. She plucks one of her feathers and it turns white. Her wings disappear and she looks at him. She blinks and her scythe appears and she stands in front of edo "go away!!" She was shivering slightly as the dark angel walks up to her with a wicked smirk.

Edo's eyes widen as he witnesses black feathers appear on Tenshi's back. "You are a..." He says before interrupting himself, pointing his Heaven's Sorrow up to align with Tenshi's head. To be honest, he didn't understand what was going on. One moment, everything seemed fine; but now everything seemed ridiculous. To ensure he's not hallucinating and can keep himself safe, he uses his powers once more to enlighten the area, creating blinding lights before everyone in his line of sight. Through the light, as he rests immune to the flaws of his own ability, Edo can see something, and so he fires three arrows from his weapon. Within his hand still, however, rests the cross, filled with a soul and its memories. "I'm going to fight fire with fire, and by using your own fire against you." Edo thought towards the Fallen Angels that endangered the area.

Tenshi closes her eyes "ouch.." She gets pushed to the ground by the dark angel. The dark angel growls "give me my cross or the girl dies!" He holds Tenshi scythe to her throat. Tenshi shivers "edo I'm scared.." She didn't know what to do her own weapon was turned on her. She didn't what was gong on.

"Checkmate." Edo states as he hears the person responsible for this tragedy, launching the light arrows towards this new face he sees: a dark angel, specifically. Realistically, with the speed of an arrow shooting across the sky in comparison to the time it would take to move a knife, not only was the dark angel at a disadvantage, but she had nothing to see to counter, thus her death was inevitable. He smiles once the arrow is shot, knowing his victory is indefinite.

Tenshi screams as her scythe gets dropped to her lap. The dark angel growls and disappears. Tenshi scythe disappears from her lap she looks at edo. "thank you edo.." She smiles slightly and stands up "edo you don't think I'm a dark angel do you? I'm not I'm a angel that can change my wing color so I can kill evil demons.." She brushes the dirt off her dress.

Edo ignores Tenshi's comment, hugging her tight as he's glad she's safe. "Are you okay?" He asks, resting his hands on Tenshi's shoulders. He noticed that the angel he had disappear was the same one as before. In accordance to this, as he's talking to Tenshi, Edo realizes how to communicate with the dark angel via the cross. "Let's be friends, okay?" Edo offers, "I assume I'll be seeing you a lot anyways, so let's have some fun."

Tenshi blinks and blushes "I'm ok edo.." She hugs him back, "I would love to be your friend!" She smiles and giggles lightly. Tenshi looks around "I don't think that the dark angel will come back anytime soon.." She giggles "that's fine with me!"

"Good!" Edo smiles in response to his own offer, his smile widening as he is hugged back. "That dark angel will never come back. Trust me." Edo concludes, "I figured out how to manipulate this thing, anyways." This thing Edo carries is the cross; something that stores both the soul and memories of a dark angel. All that is needed to secure one of these crosses is a spell that converts items into energy: a concept Edo's heard of before. "Beautiful way to start a day, huh?" Edo laughs.

Tenshi blinks "what really how would you do that?" She looks at him and smiles lightly. She sits down and looks around everything seemed so peaceful. She giggles softly and waits for edo to answer.

"All I have to do is go back home, learn the common Transfer Spell, then use it on this cross." Edo states, "This will convert the soul and memories in this cross to a single power, and store it locked in my mind. Only by my will can the dark angels soul or memories be released." Edo smiles warmly as he speaks, knowing now that everything is fine. Normally at this time, Edo would grow the habit of showing off his wings. However, having just saved and made a friend, he chooses to sit beside her instead. "So what should we do now that we're friends, Tenshi?" Edo asks.

Tenshi looks at him and smiles "I'm not sure I've never really had a friend before..." She blushes lightly after saying this. She felt silly, she looks at him "edo I want to do something you like.. I'm sure you've had lots of friends!" She smiles at him warmly.

Edo smiles weakly towards Tenshi as it seems he's not as cool as she thinks. "You're my first friend, Tenshi." Edo admits, surprisingly touched by the thought, "Are you sure you wanna do something I like? You were the one attacked by that Fallen Angel, anyways." Edo's smile brightens as he figures he's doing something right for Tenshi. Albeit, he was afraid the question would be redirected towards him again, and so he gave a response anyways. "You know, this place is for late-night events, and so the only places we could really go to are restaurants and late-night clubs. Are you hungry?"
